Negativity can sometimes weigh us down, making it hard to see the light. It often stems from difficult experiences, stress, or negative thinking patterns. While it’s natural to feel negative emotions, dwelling on them too much can lead to a pessimistic outlook on life.

On the other hand, positivity can uplift and motivate us. Positive thinking can improve our mental well-being, increase resilience, and help us build stronger relationships. It doesn’t mean ignoring the bad but rather focusing on the good and finding solutions to challenges.
